Qualifications

• High School education required; college coursework preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities to prioritize workloads.
• Aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel or similar office software.

Responsibilities

• Renewal and new business processing; coordinate with producers on marketing plans.
• Prepare submissions, review quotes, and bind coverage with carriers as needed.
• Issue certificates, manage endorsements, and maintain accurate agency records.
