Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned benefits account book with high service standards.
• Lead Account Coordinators and supervise daily activities.
• Identify sales opportunities and support new business setup and renewals.
• Coordinate data gathering, carrier rates, and client education.
• Maintain compliant processes and strong carrier relationships.
