The candidate will manage data, collaborate with Producers, and pursue growth opportunities while upholding IOA core values and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily tasks, assign tasks, monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage data gathering, client file creation, and setup.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals, verify data, coordinate with carriers and clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships and seek feedback.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers.
• Value-Added Solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions.
• Professional Development: Support training and a positive work environment.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
