The Misch Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Miami, FL. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through excellent customer service and management of group accounts.

Your responsibilities include handling marketing processes, preparing client proposals, and maintaining carrier relationships. A successful candidate will have 2-4 years of industry experience and a college degree or relevant designation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Group/employee benefits industry.
• Must currently hold a life and disability insurance license.
• Strong ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-size Group and Multi-life Life and Disability cases.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers.
• Handle the marketing process, including obtaining client quotes.
