Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of an assigned book of business and to own the client relationship and benefits strategy. You will work closely with internal service teams and Client Executives to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, serving as the primary contact for benefit-related needs.

Responsibilities include managing the book, advising clients, leading renewals, conducting needs analysis, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or a consultative role.
  • Broker agency or benefits administration experience preferred.
  • Current Life and Health license required.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of assigned book of business and client relationships.
  • Advise clients on benefits strategy and cost containment.
  • Lead renewal processes and collaborate with Client Executives.
  • Conduct needs analysis and strategy calls with clients.
  • Schedule enrollment meetings and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance tasks including 5500 filings as applicable.
  • Grow the book via cross-sale opportunities when available.
  • Maintain proactive communication and educate clients on market trends.
