Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Benefits Administrator in El Paso, TX to manage enrollments, changes, and terminations across client benefit plans. The role requires meticulous work, ownership of tasks, and strong service orientation to clients, vendors, agents, and payroll systems.

You will support open enrollment, communicate plan provisions, maintain HRIS deductions, and collaborate with Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years benefits administration experience.
• Active Life & Health license or eligibility within 180 days.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with HRIS (Kronos/UKG, Worklio, Prism) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration of both non-PEO and PEO client benefit plans.
• Explains plan provisions and regulatory requirements to clients and employees.
• Provides open enrollment support to PEO clients; assists with open enrollment meetings upon request.
• Communicates enrollments to carriers and/or client’s agent.
• Adds, end-dates or revises employee deductions; coordinates refunds or recoveries.
• Revises plans within the HRIS system and trains clients on processes.
• Maintains updated benefit plan deductions for new hires, terminations, changes.
• Communicates effectively with clients and employees; acts as brand ambassador for Propel HR.
• Manages client relationships within the Propel HR Benefits department.
• Handles special projects and assignments as requested.
