Job summary

Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is seeking an EB Account Manager to collaborate with the Account Executive and Producer/Adviser to manage all client service aspects, ensuring thorough, accurate assistance and prompt problem resolution.

The role includes day-to-day client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, handling renewals, new business processes, and RFPs. Proficiency with EPIC and industry systems is expected, with a Colorado license required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in EB Account Management insurance required.
• Colorado Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Account Executive and Producer throughout renewal and new business processes.
• Provides day-to-day client service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Identifies, anticipates, and troubleshoots problems with the client’s benefits program.
• Maintains proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
• Works with producers and account executives to retain existing accounts.
• Prepares small group fully insured RFPs and proposals with minimal guidance.
• Reviews and analyzes quotes based on cost, network, and benefits.
• Creates a summary comparing options for clients and incorporates into renewal proposals.
• Uses internal systems (ThinkHR, Zywave, Springbuk, Compliance Dashboard) to communicate changes when approved.
• Manages data in EPIC and attaches documentation to client records.
