Job summary

PrismHR is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and manage assigned clients, collaborating with sales and support to implement new or renewing accounts and maintain relationships with key client employees.

The role requires knowledge of group benefits, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings while delivering professional service and timely renewals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, compliance, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee implementations for new and renewing clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Analyze and negotiate benefits and rates for coverages.
• Ensure timely COBRA processes and renewals with carriers.
• Prepare and present renewal materials to clients.
• Educate employees and contacts on benefits and processes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
