Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day servicing for clients, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while supporting career progression programs.

The role focuses on coordinating open enrollment, client communications, and maintaining strong service delivery across the client engagement team. A hybrid work environment is offered to balance in-person and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two years' benefits insurance or HR/consulting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and service needs including claim, compliance, billing, plan-related questions, and carrier issues.
• Lead core service delivery activities such as client engagement tasks and log updates.
• Conduct client service calls with clear communication and accountability.
• Manage monthly claims tracking and peer review by finance.
• Coordinate open enrollment communications and deliver client-ready materials.
