Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced operational liaison to serve as the primary contact between the General Agency, independent producers, employer groups, and carrier partners. The role includes supporting new business, enrollments, renewals, and carrier administration to ensure seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational liaison between the company, independent producers, employer groups, and carriers.
• Support new business efforts including quoting, plan recommendations, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate enrollments, implementations, and carrier onboarding.
• Respond to eligibility, billing, claims, and enrollment questions using carrier platforms.
• Educate producers and employers on enrollment tools and processes.
• Maintain documentation and use agency systems to support operations.
