What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Recruit and train new agents to effectively represent the employer and its services
  2. Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales and service offerings
  3. Collaborate within a team sales environment to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience
  4. Educate agents on administrative procedures, product availability, and customer value
  5. Utilize internal systems for tracking sales activities and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
  2. 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role
  3. Active Life & Health License required
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. In-depth knowledge of group insurance products gained through relevant work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Associate's Degree in a related field
  2. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  3. Proven track record of driving technology adoption in sales processes
  4. Familiarity with insurance marketing and sales strategies
