Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for retaining co-broker accounts by providing services and support for partnered agencies' customers. Works closely with the partnered agency, their producers, and customers to understand market needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent Company services professionally to foster sales and growth by developing positive client relationships.
  2. Maintain understanding of Company products, processes, and client interactions.
  3. Enhance knowledge of insurance markets, products, and legal environments to add value for clients.
  4. Provide information on carrier procedures, product options, and assist in product selection.
  5. Conduct group meetings/webinars to educate clients on our services.
  6. Follow up on service issues and renewals.
  7. Listen to client ideas, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback.
  8. Work with renewal and market groups to secure optimal products.
  9. Participate in team meetings, contributing to customer satisfaction and team success.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or telemarketing (required)
  • Associates degree preferred
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
  • Insurance Producer’s License preferred
Functional Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers like Chrome and Edge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand insurance plan features, benefits, and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation.
  • Contribute positively to team environment.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
