The Cason Group is hiring a Benefit Systems Associate Account Manager to support enrollment and setup processes for clients in the Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC area. You will manage initial case installations, coordinate with agents, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team. Training leads to proficiency within 9–12 months, with potential for hybrid work after completion of training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in all parts of the position within 9-12 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and working knowledge of Adobe and databases.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of initial case setup and online enrollment processes; monitor progress to advisors and group administrators.
• Conduct system tests with Implementation Specialist to verify accuracy; demonstrate system functionality for clients.
• Serve as the go-to resource for internal Group Operations departments; provide on-the-job training for new employees.
