Job summary

The Cason Group in the United States is seeking a Benefits Systems Associate Account Manager to manage enrolled cases and maintain relationships with agents and group administrators during initial benefit system installations.

You will coordinate enrollment, conduct system tests with Implementation Specialists, and provide on-the-job training for new team members. This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule after training and a starting salary in the 42k–52k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 9-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Communicate: coordinate all aspects of initial case setup and online enrollment processes; ensure all relevant information is obtained from the advisor and the employee group information is distributed to the appropriate TCG departments; monitor and communicate progress to advisors and group administrators throughout the installation process
• Demonstrate and Assess: conduct system tests with Implementation Specialist to verify accuracy; perform system demonstrations with advisors and group administrators as needed prior to release to ensure proper system functionality for clients
• Engage as a Team Player: Serves as the go-to resource for internal Group Operations departments; provide on-the-job training for new employees
