Job summary

Krueger International (KI) seeks a full-time Bender Operator for our Green Bay, WI manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am). The position offers a $3.00/hour shift differential and a $1.00/hour raise within the first year of employment.

You will operate CNC bending equipment to form metal frames and support other fabrication processes. We value reliable teamwork, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to train on any shift and work with basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate, Edit, and Program CNC Tube or Wire bending equipment.
• Conduct changeovers on benders.
• Use bend check fixtures to ensure quality.
• Read and understand shop orders.
• Provide a high-quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer.
• Operate other fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, drill presses, saws, hydraulic banks).

Job Description

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Bender Operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties

The Bender Operator technician operates equipment which manufactures the metal fabricated frame for product being produced. This position is also responsible for:

• Operate, Edit, and Program CNC Tube or Wire bending equipment

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm

Shift

• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday Morning
• Shift premium of $3.00/hour
• Overtime during busy season
