You’ll perform welding, soldering, and assembly of small components using microscopes, while following standard work instructions. A strong emphasis on safety and quality helps you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pre-employment screening required
• Experience with welding/soldering/assembly is a plus
• Experience with microscopes and small components is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Safety-focused manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following standard work instructions and procedures
• Perform welding, soldering, and assembly of small components using microscopes
• Handle chemicals safely and follow company procedures
• Enter work-in-progress and inventory data into computer systems
• Inspect products for quality and report defects promptly
• Use tools and equipment safely to maintain production standards
• Cross-train across production areas and product lines
• Train teammates on processes after qualification
• Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
