Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Benchling-focused consultant to lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Benchling environments and related data workflows. The role involves scoping projects, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring systems align with Benchling capabilities.

The candidate will maintain test and production environments, update notebooks, recipes, and dashboards, and create training materials for new hires and existing users.

Responsibilities

• Benchling implementation and managed service scope: scoping, requirements, documentation, and system assessment.
• Maintain Benchling test and production environments; data model configuration and updates.
• Update notebook templates and workflows; create new recipe schema (Bioprocess module) and inventory hierarchies.
• Update Insights dashboards and analysis; automate runs using the Connect Module.
• Update Benchling label templates and prepare client-tailored training materials for new hires and existing Benchling users.
• Migrate legacy data from spreadsheets into Benchling.
• Configure Benchling in vivo software (nice to have; required if Moderna) and explore API integrations as a bonus.
