Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Benchling Analyst to lead the rollout of Benchling across customers. You will partner with scientists to translate workflows into scalable Benchling solutions and own end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption.

You will work with implementation consultants and create training materials to support onboarding. The ideal candidate has hands-on Benchling experience, strong requirements gathering skills, and the ability to facilitate workshops with scientific and technical

Qualifications

• Experience translating scientific workflows into data models, templates and intake processes.
• Hands-on Benchling administration for schemas, templates, and workflow configurations.
• Ability to document requirements and data models to support scalable implementation and ongoing platform support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Benchling projects from discovery through rollout and adoption.
• Conduct requirements gathering and design workshops with scientific stakeholders.
• Review configurations with implementation partners and drive iterative refinement via demos and workshops.
• Develop test plans, guide UAT, and produce end-user training materials.
