Dash In seeks a Bench Store Manager for the Northern VA region to train and lead at multiple locations, with a clear path to Store General Manager. You will gain P&L responsibility and hands-on operational leadership across high-volume settings.

The role requires 3–5+ years of leadership in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and travel between stores. A competitive base salary plus up to 5% annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in restaurants, foodservice, retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor control.
• P&L exposure preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Willing to travel between sites and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on the ground: hire, train, coach, and hold accountable for performance and guest experience.
• Run high-volume operations across foodservice, retail, and labor.
• Manage store numbers: own P&L, sales, margins, and controllable expenses.
• Execute brand standards: food safety, cash handling, audits, guest scores.
• Travel between Delaware-area stores as needed by business demands.
• Train for advancement to Store General Manager when a location opens.
