Signet Jewelers, located in Sevierville, TN, is seeking both entry-level and experienced Jewelers for our Field Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice Jeweler, you will handle administrative tasks, polish jewelry, and eventually work towards the role of Bench Jeweler. We promote from within, valuing advancement from beginner to artisan.

Responsibilities include restoring jewelry and designing custom pieces while ensuring a customer-first mindset. We provide Jeweler Certification classes and a range of benefits including medical insurance and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Customer service mindset with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and clerical tasks as an Apprentice Jeweler.
• Polish jewelry and restore it to its original beauty.
• Design custom pieces and work with fine metals and advanced technologies.
