Ben & Jerry's Connecticut in New Haven is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced scoop shop. You will coach a team, own nightly operations, and ensure consistent quality and service from noon to midnight.

You’ll drive guest experiences, manage schedules and costs, and embody the brand’s values while building a positive culture for late-night hours and weekend ramps.

New Haven nights are alive -- and we need someone who thrives when the city does.

This is a leadership role for someone who's equal parts operator and culture-builder. You'll run a tight shop, grow a great team, and make sure every scoop hits the same standard at midnight as it does at noon. If you're energized by late-night rushes, love developing people, and want to lead a business that actually stands for something -- this one's for you.

Hours:

Open until midnight on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Schedule note:
