Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee the assembly line from raw materials to finished belt in Reading, PA. The role includes training, coaching, and supporting assemblers to meet daily orders, evaluating efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across safety and quality programs.

The position requires a supervisory background, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple employees while ensuring all procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Continuing education via training seminars and/or college credits.
  • Must be a solid communicator.
  • Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.
  • Experience in a supervisory role and/or proven leadership competency.
  • Experience or proven ability to manage multiple employees.
  • Must be able to work in the US.
  • Detail oriented.
