The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist Guests and Owners with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Transport luggage to rooms or designated bell area, up to 50lbs.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval and with amenity deliveries as needed.
