Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a Bellstand Attendant to greet and assist Owners/guests with a welcoming, professional presence on-site. You will escort guests, assist with luggage, and share information about local amenities and activities to create memorable stays.

The role includes a competitive hourly wage and benefits, with a $1000 sign-on bonus for new hires (paid in installments). This is an on-site hospitality position with daily shifts and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Assists with amenity deliveries when requested.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $20.65

Hourly Wage: $20.65 + tips

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 90 and 180 days, paid on the following paycheck. If eligible, you must be actively employed and actively performing services for the Company on the applicable eligibility date at the time the payment is made.

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

To Become a Bellstand Attendant at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
