Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Bellstand Attendant at MVW to provide guests with exceptional service and memorable experiences. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms, and help with luggage while sharing information about amenities and local activities.

Flexibility to work varied shifts is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and may need a valid driver’s license. A $1000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $20.65 Hourly Wage: $20.65 + tips $1000 SIGN ON BONUS This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 90 and 180 days, paid on the following paycheck. If eligible, you must be actively employed and actively performing services for the Company on the applicable eligibility date at the time the payment is made. Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

About the Role

As a Bellstand Attendant at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

As a Bellstand Attendant, a typical day will include: Greets and escort guests to their rooms. Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area. Assists with luggage storage and retrieval. Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs. Assists with amenity deliveries when requested.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

To Become a Bellstand Attendant at MVW: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
