Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Bellstand Attendant to warmly greet guests, escort them to rooms, and provide information on local amenities and services. The role emphasizes safety and guest satisfaction in a luxury resort setting.

The position involves assisting guests with luggage, doors, and mobility around the property, and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays. On-site perks and travel discounts accompany a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists guests entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage up to 50 lbs.

Typical Responsibilities

• Greets and escort guests to their rooms.


• Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.


• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.


• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.


• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.


• Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs.


• Assists with amenity deliveries when requested.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.


• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.


• Contribute to team goals.


• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.


• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.


• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.


• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
