• Perform additional duties as assigned based on the operational needs of the hotel.

Position Summary

As a Bellperson / Valet Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You will often be one of the first and last team members guests interact with during their stay.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with luggage, valet services, directions, hotel information, and other guest needs while helping ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Schedule Availability Requirement

This position requires full schedule flexibility based on the operational needs of the hotel.

Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including:

• Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Morning shifts
• Afternoon and evening shifts
• Holidays

Overnight availability is required for this position. Work schedules may vary from week to week based on hotel occupancy, business levels, staffing needs, and operational requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable working different shifts and maintaining open availability as needed.
