Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Prior Bell position experience preferred.

Summary

The Bellperson position will assist the Rooms leadership team in providing exceptional experiences to our guests. The role focuses on engaging guests and managing the full-cycle guest luggage experience, supporting company goals, vision, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

• Assist with the full-cycle guest luggage program
• Facilitate hotel room orientations, delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms as needed
• Maintain working knowledge of hotel rooms, services and features and relay information to guests
• May drive hotel vehicles off property for short distances to drop off or pick up items, as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• Prior Bell position experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Must stand and maintain well‑paced mobility for up to six hours, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs., push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs., and perform other tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting and stretching. Must have adequate vision, hearing, and ability to write, stand, sit, walk, and perform repetitive motions.

Compensation

The pay range for Bellperson is $15.45 hourly, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like.
