Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire seeks a friendly bell attendant to welcome guests and assist with luggage, parking, and guest transportation.

You will learn hotel amenities and safety policies while delivering courteous service across all resort areas, with opportunities for growth and a dynamic, guest-facing work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
• Assist with guest packages.
• Transport to guest room.
• Transport to guest meeting area; Omni meeting rooms.
• Log all trips originating from the Bell Stand.
• Maintain a clean appearance of uniforms.
• Be knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
• Be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
• Maintain the maximum balance between convenience and security with regards to the bell closet and ski-check.
