O'Reilly Hospitality Management LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a friendly Bellman/Shuttle Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about local attractions.

You will maintain the hotel van, coordinate with front desk, and deliver messages while delivering exceptional guest service. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with pre-employment drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive role with potential growth within OHM.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming hotel guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and adequately stocked with supplies.
• Explain room features such as television, telephone, and in-room movie systems.
• Provide information about available hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Page guests in the lobby, dining areas, and other parts of the property.
• Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
• Maintain the courtesy van, including washing, cleaning, and fueling.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Perform other duties as required or requested.
