Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to support arrivals and departures, assist with luggage, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will work with the Guest Services team to greet guests, escort them to rooms, and manage luggage throughout check-in and check-out.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in luggage handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Previous hotel experience preferred and helpful.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure, deliver and pickups from guest rooms, and transport guest and hotel packages as needed.
• Warmly greet guests and escort them to their rooms, deliver luggage during check-in, and retrieve luggage upon departure, ensuring it is transported to storage or the Front Drive.
• Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups.
• Create exceptional guest experiences by handling every interaction with professionalism and genuine hospitality, addressing guest inquiries and providing information on hotel services, hours, and local directions.
