Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kauai, Hawaii, is seeking a Bellperson to join our guest-focused team. You will greet guests, help with luggage, and guide guests to rooms, while delivering outstanding hospitality and local area information.

This role emphasizes warmth, efficiency, and proactive guest service in a tropical resort setting. Ideal candidates bring guest services experience, a friendly demeanor, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
