Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is looking for a Guest Services/Bell attendant for the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Hawaii. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing information, and guiding guests from arrival to their rooms.

You will help with packages, transportation, and maintaining a welcoming lobby area. The position emphasizes clear communication with guests and staff, English fluency, and a customer‑service mindset to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• One year of Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
• CDL license where applicable
• Familiarity with local area and attractions
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor on arrival
• Assist guests with luggage and provide prompt service
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services and local attractions
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and facilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sign on Bonus Incentive Plan-$150.00 at Hire, $300 after 90 Days & $500 at 6 months
