129 Boardwalk 1000 LLC in Atlantic City is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and assist with directions, valet, and information on local attractions.

Under the Front Desk Manager, you will greet guests on arrival and departure, help with luggage, and promote positive guest relations while supporting various assignments as directed. A high school diploma and one year of bell/door experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience.
• Must be able to pull 100 lb cart.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties. Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner. Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc. Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure. Promotes positive guest/employee relations. Other assignments as directed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to pull 100lb cart.

Pay Rate $16.40 an hour
