Maintain a clean environment, ensuring everything sparkles and meets cleanliness standards.
Work rotating shifts, with busy periods during weekends, evenings, and nights.
Prepare thoroughly for each shift and support colleagues after your shift.
Prioritize guest satisfaction in all actions.
Transport guest luggage to rooms and manage the luggage area efficiently.
Guide guests to their rooms confidently.
Be knowledgeable about the hotel and local area, including hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
Deliver guest mail to rooms upon request.
Assist with reservations for restaurants, flights, theater, and other activities.
Arrange transportation for guests, such as trains, taxis, or buses.
