Job Description

Provide friendly and informative guest service, assist with guest luggage, and coordinate group luggage handling. Support front desk staff with customer issues and communication.

1. Greet guests appropriately upon arrival.
2. Communicate with guests, staff, and group escorts regarding operations.
3. Prepare room lists for arriving and departing groups.
4. Retrieve and operate bell cart.
5. Escort guests and transport luggage to and from rooms.
6. Resolve customer complaints or disputes as necessary.
7. Transport guests in company vehicles as requested.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order in the bell stand and luggage area.
9. Work with Security to report suspicious or unclaimed luggage.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel/casino experience as a bellperson preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 90% of shift.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to handle a bell cart and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Good auditory and visual perception of immediate environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass vehicle background check.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations.
