Job summary

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa in Honolulu seeks a guest services associate to escort guests, transport luggage, and ensure comfort with room features. You will engage in friendly conversations, share local recommendations, and support a seamless guest experience.

Flexibility is required with mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This high-visibility role rewards teamwork, hospitality passion, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• An open and flexible schedule that includes early morning, afternoon, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Office and Valet teams to escort guests and transport luggage and items to and from rooms.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and aware of room features and offerings.
• Interact with guests, share hotel and local recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
