Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, engaging personality. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage as they arrive and depart.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area to enhance the stay.
• Maintain lobby area, ensuring it is clean and organized for guests.
