Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, owner of Skamania Lodge, is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to create a memorable first impression for guests as they arrive and throughout their stay. You will assist with luggage, orient guests to the front desk and amenities, and work with colleagues to deliver a personalized experience.

A background in customer service and strong communication helps you shine, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
An outgoing and engaging personality.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Open doors and greet guests as they arrive and depart.
Escort guests to the front desk and their rooms, explaining hotel amenities.
Support luggage handling and convey local information to guests.
Collaborate with bell staff to ensure a personalized experience for every guest.
Maintain a clean, organized entrance and assist with guest needs as they arise.
