Park Hyatt Washington is seeking a Full-Time Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services Team. As part of an elite luxury service team, you will escort guests, assist with luggage, and promote hotel features and room offerings while delivering personalized recommendations.

Starting salary is $18.00 per hour, based on experience. This role requires full-time availability including weekdays and weekends, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.
