Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Regular Full-Time Bartender for Terra Bar. You will deliver warm hospitality, follow service steps, and maintain excellence in cocktails, wines, and spirits, ensuring a luxury guest experience.
The ideal candidate holds New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications, has 2+ years in a high-end bar or restaurant, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay with tips and full benefits.

Responsibilities
- Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging hospitality aligned with Four Seasons standards.
- Adhere to cocktail recipes for consistent guest experience.
- Demonstrate and expand knowledge of beverages, including wines, cocktails, beers, and spirits, with confident sharing of details.
- Support the team by doing side work, greeting and seating guests when needed.
- Anticipate guest needs with awareness and timely responses to questions or concerns.
- Accurately close checks, process payments, and handle voids or comps per hotel procedures, using the MICROS system.

- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
- Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
- 2+ years of experience as a high-end bartender or restaurant service work
- Strong food and beverage, cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge preferred
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.
- Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and expert hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence
- Adhere to cocktail recipes to deliver a consistent guest experience
- Demonstrate and continually expand knowledge of our full beverage program- including wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits- and confidently share detailed ingredient and preparation information in a way that excites and inspires
- Support the team as a dedicated colleague by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when needed
- Anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns
- Accurately close guest checks, process payments, and properly handle voids or complimentary items in accordance with hotel procedures, operating the MICROS system with accuracy
