Zusammenfassung

Air Methods is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Mechanic with Bell 407 experience. You will perform maintenance, inspections and alterations on company aircraft and ensure all documentation complies with FAA regulations and company procedures.

The role requires on-call availability and travel within 25–50% to support operations. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, an active FAA A&P license, and familiarity with Ramco ERP.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years related experience
• Active/current A&P license required
• FAR 135 operations preferred
• Ability to read 337s, service bulletins, ADs and documentation

Aufgaben

• Performs inspections and repairs per procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins and FARs
• Verifies part numbers and serials match documentation
• Ensures maintenance documentation complies with FAA regulations and company policies
• Participates in Air Methods SMS continuous improvement programs
• Advises PIC of maintenance issues affecting aircraft availability
• Requests parts to maintain inventory for prompt repairs
• Other duties as assigned
