Milk Education is looking for a calm, patient and positive Behaviour & Wellbeing Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Durham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands that behaviour is communication and wants to help children feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
You’ll work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils who may need additional help with emotional regulation, behaviour, confidence and engagement.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
