Job summary

I AM BEHAVIOR LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in California. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and teams. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma (AA or bachelor's preferred) and be CPR certified. RBT Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications

• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.
• Clean criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, clinic, or community.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies designed and trained by BCBA's.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
• Maintain organized and accurate session notes and documentation.

Job Summary:

I AM Behavior is currently hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician. If you are an RBT or interested in becoming an RBT with an industry leading team of professionals providing top notch ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities, then we would love to speak with you!

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized support plans under the guidance and supervision of the Behavior Analyst. The RBT will implement behavior plan strategies, teach skill acquisition, and assist with individualized goals and objectives in home, community, and clinic-based settings as indicated by the needs of the individuals we support.
