Onward Education is hiring a Behavioral Technician / Paraprofessional in Merrimack County, NH. The position is in-person, Monday–Friday, full-time, with a start ASAP and end date of June 2027. Weekly hours are guaranteed at 32.5.

You will support students with behavioral, sensory, or communication needs in a structured classroom, implement individualized strategies, and assist teachers with differentiated instruction. Collaborations with families and professionals are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in special education or behavioral support required.
• Experience with behavioral challenges in school settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities
