Easterseals PORT Health in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Behavior Technician II to support individuals with IDD and mental health needs in the Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home. You will deliver daily programs, therapeutic interventions, and help with personal care to prevent crisis and hospitalization.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field, or QMHP (trainee).
• Ability to register as QMHP Trainee within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and assist with personal care.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support.
