Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health seeks a Behavior Technician I to support adults with IDD/BH in our Culpeper, VA ATH home. You’ll implement daily programs, deliver therapeutic interventions and assist with personal care, while collaborating with families and health providers to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field or High School Diploma.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles used for work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and assist with personal care.
• Collaborate with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families for comprehensive support.
