Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Behavior Technician II to support individuals with IDD and BH challenges in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home in Culpeper, VA. You will implement daily programs, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with personal care, under QMHP supervision.

This role is part-time with weekend shifts and offers ongoing professional development. We offer a full benefits package, competitive hourly pay, and a sign-on/retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field, or QMHP (trainee) eligibility.
• Ability to register as QMHP-Trainee within 30 days of hire.
• Valid state driver's license and auto insurance for agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to participants.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, crisis services, and families.
