Easterseals PORT Health in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Behavior Technician II for the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home. This part-time position offers evening shifts on weekends with a competitive hourly rate, plus a sign-on and retention bonus for eligible hires.

You will support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs, facilitate daily programs, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with personal care. Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders required.
• Maintain valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for work vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities.

• Collaborate with participants' primary care providers, crisis services, and families.
