Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Worcester, MA. Roles involve one-on-one work with children following individualized plans.

Positions are center-based with flexible schedules; HS Diploma or GED required plus 6 months to 1 year of child-care experience, ABA preferred. Competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and paid time off offered.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
